Dive Lombok and Gilis – Terms & Conditions
When you book to dive Lombok we require a 30% deposit to confirm a booking. We cannot guarantee a booking to dive Lombok until the deposit is received. Bookings are held for 7 days. Afterwards we release your booking without further notice if no deposit is received. Any changes of dates to bookings after the deposit has been made are subject to availability. Your balance payment is due 2 weeks before arrival.
If you dive less than your original booking (e.g. because you are sick), we re-calculate your package. Nevertheless, we refer to the terms and conditions of the accommodation for any understays. This means we are not responsible for any refunds from the hotels.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHOD – PAYPAL
We have set up an Paypal account, a secure online way of paying with your credit card. Please note: You can only use Paypal as long as you are outside Indonesia. If you pay from inside Indonesia your payment will be flagged as fraudulent. This payments will return to your account and we are charge a fine. So, if you already be in Indonesia, please make payments by bank transfer. A 5% charge applies for payments via PayPal. Please add this on to your total invoice, respectively deposit payment.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHOD – BANK TRANSFER
We’ll be happy to email you our bank details. After you have transferred the payment please inform us so that we can check our end. Normally takes 4-5 working days for our account to be credited. We will notify you when your transfer has arrived.
PAYMENT OF EXTRAS ON SITE
We accept the following methods:
Cash – we accept most major foreign currencies such as S$, US$ and €. Paing in cash is the most economical payment form. In order to give you peace of mind while you’re out diving. We have a safe to lock away cash and valuables. Please note: US$ cash notes – must be 2006 or newer. US$50 or US$100 denominations as well as clean and crisp with no folds or marks
Credit cards – Visa and Mastercard (3% charge)
Please let your card issuer know that you are travelling to Indonesia. Otherwise, on occasion, it can be that your card will not work. We have seen that card issuers block payments from abroad for security reasons.
