Scuba diving Belongas Bay the seasonable sighting of pelagic life is fairly regular. Apart from the mobula- and eagle ray season during September, hammerheads have the tendency to school around the Magnet mid June until early November.

Schools of mackerel, rainbow runner, tuna and barracuda accompany your dive, while you are on the lookout to spot the hammerheads. Assistant- and EFR Instructor - "IDC Prep" Itinerary
Our training facilities are located on Gili Asahan at the Pearl Beach Resort and there are plenty interesting dive spots directly off the beach of the resort to explore. The actual AI-/EFR Instructor Course is scheduled for 5 days, but as an alternative the following 8 day itinerary will give you plenty of time to "warm-up" as well as for fun diving. In any case, unlimited shore diving is included!
1st day: Arrival day, with sunset drink and general orientation
2nd day: self-study, knowledge review completion, morning and afternoon dives
3rd day: morning skill circuit, presentation Course orientation and The PADI system, afternoon dive, evening presentations Project Aware, PBB and DSD
4th day: morning presentation Developing Knowledge Development, afternoon DSD workshop and fun dive, evening Knowledge Development presentations and (optional) standards review
5th day: morning presentation Teaching Confined Water and Confined Water Teaching presentation, afternoon presentation Conducting open water dives and open water teaching presentation, evening standards exam
6th day: daytrip to Belongas with 3 dives, evening beach bbq
7th day EFRI course
8th day: Departure day
